As our Accounts Payable Administrator, you’ll be part of the Financial Control team working closely with brilliant people across the business. You’ll be right at the heart of fast‑moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers - today and tomorrow.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
As our Accounts Payable Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Invoice Processing & Supplier Management: Manage AP inbox, maintain supplier records in D365, process expenses, and support statement reconciliations.
- Query Handling & Payments: Resolve supplier queries, support weekly payment runs, and assist with post handling.
- Reporting, Escalation & Team Support: Produce ad hoc reports, escalate issues promptly, and provide wider AP team support and project coverage as needed.
KEY SKILLS & CAPABILITIES
- Detail-Oriented & Organised: High attention to accuracy, well-organised, and able to prioritise and follow through on tasks to resolution.
- Team Player Under Pressure: Comfortable working to tight deadlines while supporting colleagues and collaborating effectively.
- Communication & Systems Skills: Strong communicator with stakeholders, with desirable Excel skills and ideally some AP/purchase ledger exposure.
