Pleasure Beach Resort To Create Over 100 Theme Park Jobs In Blackpool

The Pleasure Beach Resort is set to create over 100 new full and part time theme park jobs in Blackpool.

The famous Blackpool resort is now recruiting for its 2025 season which starts at the beginning of March.

Most of the roles are for Team Members which could involve anything from catering and retail to ride attendants and meeting/greeting visitors to the popular attraction.

Successful applicants can look forward to employee perks such as a season pass and free tickets for friends and family members.

Announcing the recruitment drive, Pleasure Beach Resort’s Human Resources Director, Sara Boswell, said: “Most don’t realise that here at Pleasure Beach we have what we like to call a ‘mini city’. From plumbers and electricians, to chefs and dancers, there’s such a wide variety of roles within our workforce.”

“No two days are the same here at Pleasure Beach and that’s the beauty of working at a theme park. It’s fun. We’re so excited to meet some new faces at our recruitment days ahead of an exciting 2025 season,” added the HR Director.

In order to find great talent to fill their roles, the 42 acre Pleasure Beach Resort is holding two recruitment days this coming week at Blackpool’s WG Beans coffee shop on Balmoral Road:

  • Tuesday (21st January 2025) from 2pm until 4pm

  • Saturday (25th January 2025) from 10am until 4 pm

Encouraging you to attend one of the two recruitment days this year, the resort’s website says:

“Don’t miss out on our recruitment days as we gear up for our season launch on 1st March 2025. If you think you would like to learn how to safely operate some of the UK’s most thrilling rides or work behind the scenes at the resort’s shows and events, join us and find a career you love. All you need to do is bring yourself along to meet our friendly HR team and bring with you proof of right to work (Passport / Birth Certificate, as well as your National Insurance number).”
