Legacie Developments Creating 200 More Construction Jobs In Liverpool

Real estate firm Legacie Developments has announced that it is creating a further 200 new construction jobs in Liverpool this year, with some opportunities secured for young apprentices in the region.

Legacie Developments has already created 600 Liverpool jobs in the last twelve months and is now looking to take on hundreds more in the remaining months of 2021.

The retail estate developer will work concurrently on five separate developments in the North West city; City Terraces, Element The Quarter, One Baltic Square, Parliament Square and The Summit.

Legacie has already completed many Liverpool developments including Ropemaker Place and Reliance House, creating hundreds of full and part time construction jobs in the process.

The ambitious firm is also now working on projects in Salford and Manchester and has plans for further developments outside of Liverpool, in London and Luton.

Announcing the latest opportunities in the Merseyside city, Legacie Developments’ founder, John Morley, said: “We are incredibly proud of the new jobs we are creating in Liverpool’s construction sector. The new jobs cover all aspects of the construction industry, and will include a number of opportunities for apprentices who we have committed to upskilling for the future.”

“It is especially pleasing to help people get back to work after the pandemic. The jobs will be across all of our sites in Liverpool including Parliament Square, One Baltic Square, Element The Quarter, City Terraces in north Liverpool and The Summit,” added Mr Morley.
