Established for 20 years, we are a dry-store ingredients supplier operating out of ouir West London base, by Heathrow Airport. We pack and supply a wide range of dried herbs, spice, pulses, seeds and dried fruits for the UK’s catering and retail market. We re-pack to specific requirements & deliver quickly and dependably to a wide range of customers including caterers, airlines, cruise lines, railway networks, boutique hotels and major food manufacturers.

Job Role is as follows:
- Placing orders using Sage
- Receipting Customer orders
- Liasing with Customers and Suppliers alike
- Checking Stock Counts
- Creating Product Codes
- Distributing and Requesting Product Specifications to Customers
- Creating Product Description Sheets
- Basic Admin Duties
Full on-the-job training will be provided.
Qualifications

We're looking for a competent, enthusiatic individual who is open and keen to learn new things by taking on other tasks outside of their Office Admin role.
Requirements are as follows:
- Good interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Fast learner
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Organised
- Computer literate
- Sage 50 Accounts software experience: not compulsory
