The Customer Service Apprenticeship responsibilities will include:
- Interpreting customer concerns and comments
- Assisting customers in the best way possible
- Liaising with customers about additional products and services
- Keeping customers updated and informed
- Handling customer complaints
- Responding to customer requests
- Ensuring customers have a good impression of the business and its products and services
