Job Description

The Customer Service Apprenticeship responsibilities will include:




  • Interpreting customer concerns and comments

  • Assisting customers in the best way possible

  • Liaising with customers about additional products and services

  • Keeping customers updated and informed

  • Handling customer complaints

  • Responding to customer requests

  • Ensuring customers have a good impression of the business and its products and services
