Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Line Support Technician; your role will primarily be to work on the IT Helpdesk, supporting user issues and assisting the IT Department to install, repair, upgrade and maintain ICT hardware and software, and develop customer services and administration skills.



Tasks include:




  • Answering incoming calls and directing support tickets to appropriate agents

  • Offer advice, support and answer queries coming via phone, email, and ticket system in to help desk as required

  • Repair, reconfiguration or replacement of broken or poorly performing IT equipment.

  • Microsoft Portal Management for client services

  • Liaise with 3rd party services for repair of equipment

  • Configure wireless devices

  • Participate in IT Projects

  • Greeting customers, booking in workshop jobs and managing workshop diary

  • IT Administration tasks including parts and hardware quoting and ordering, client administration, Grafx Portal administration
