This is a Telemarketing role based in our offices opposite the Great Northern complex sited just off Deansgate in Manchester City Centre.
You will work with a Field Based Business Consultant in a defined geographic location.
Your two main responsibilities are;
- Arrange qualified sales appointments
- Manage all aspects of marketing for regional seminars
It is expected that this will be achieved through a range of activities including, but not limited to;
- Following up leads generated by our various online marketing campaigns
- Building relationships with key regional introducers
- Cold Calling
- Client referrals
It is expected that an Employment Law Co-ordinator will utilise both telephone calls, email and social media platforms to build their network of introducers and prospect pipeline.
We use the Salesforce platform to log and track interaction with prospects and clients
It is expected that an Employment Law Co-ordinator will achieve both daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s relating to;
- Telephone Call Volume
- Appointments booked
- Seminar Delegates Registered
- Sales Generated
- New Opportunities, Tasks and Calls logged on Salesforce
We provide full training in our products and services, IT platform and administration systems
