Job Description
Main duties:
- To provide an efficient administration service to staff and learners across the Group
- To ensure Health and Safety procedures are complied with and closely monitored with related paperwork completed and uploaded in a timely manner
- To ensure centre housekeeping rules are adhered to across the Group and reported as required as per Standard Operating Model requirements
- Responsibility for ensuring all paperwork is registered, scanned and uploaded correctly as per Standard Operating Model requirements
- To ensure examinations are administered and invigilated in line with the relevant awarding body guidelines
- Support the business by conducting learner and employer surveys by means of post, email and telephone
- To provide cover at other centre locations as required
- To cover tasks of the Business Receptionist when needs require
- To fully adhere to the Business Support Standard Operating Model requirements
- To carry out any other duties as required to support the needs of the business

- Basically someone quite switched on who can deal with a very busy Leicester centre working on reception and helping with all the traineeships learners
