** Please note throughout this apprenticeship you will also be undertaking dispensing training which the employer will be assisting you through with an external provider, this is mandatory **
Responsibilities:
- Providing an excellent customer service.
- Provide a standard of service that reflects the company corporate image
- Ensure customers are attended to with an efficient and courteous service
- Dealing with telephone queries from patients, GP receptionists, carers, professional health care staff (nurses, technicians, social workers, doctors, paramedics etc) and managing relationships with suppliers, patients, customers and work colleagues
- Cash handling and using till
- Managing stock
- Ordering and checking stock ordered
