Job Description
Job role will include:
- Preparation of fresh vegetables and a range of fresh ingredients
- Using and developing knife skills
- Preparing starters and sweets
- Supporting Chef and Sous Chef
- Cooking and plating up during service
- Working on main dishes when comfortable
- Cleaning down after service
- Helping to make sure high standards of hygiene and food storage are maintained
