Job Description
This is an opportunity to join a well-established company in a new vibrant office. You will be responsible for general administrative duties and supporting the production process.
List of Main Duties:
- Answerable to Line manager or Director
- Take and direct calls for the sales/works office, handle emails for sales and office admin
- Control the sales order process within Excel, Act (data-base), Outlook, and direct to production. Populate data in Excel and Act post production & shipping, communicating any relevant information to customers via email or phone
- Control office admin and works processes and systems
- Communicate with customers via email, phone or direct mail-out (leaflets, letters etc.)
- Opportunity to learn & promote company social media
- Control and record petty cash and company credit cards
- Manage office stationery stock levels
- Handle post in and out (franking)
- Filing
