Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Recruitment & Selection Activity
- Conduct Recruitment Checks
- Prepare new starter offer letters/contracts
- Assist in the co-ordination of new starter inductions
- Collect and Co-ordinate all Payroll related information to and from Bunzl monthly;
- Manage the accuracy of data and maintaining Bunzl HR Database (Resourcelink)
- Support managers with basic HR activities i.e. MyView, YeLP
- Responsible for the upkeep of noticeboards and e-boards
- Assist the HR Advisor in the management of Performance Reviews
- Record and monitor absence
- Promote MAGIC Values and fairness, equality and diversity as part of our culture
- Filing/Admin duties
- Adhoc duties to support the HR Team and wider business
