Job Description


  • Provide consistent high quality, results focused telemarketing services to clients ensuring targets are met

  • Providing lead generation and appointment setting services

  • Efficient account management ensuring client retention and excellent service levels




  • Provide high level call handling services for client

  • Passing messages to client via email and phone

  • Taking inbound sales enquiries on clients behalf




  • Bi Weekly reporting to clients regarding call outcomes, daily appointment reporting

  • Other admin tasks relevant to the successful running of the role

  • Effective administrative management of accounts and clients




  • Carrying out marketing activity in line with company and client marketing strategies i.e. direct mail, email, database follow up

  • Testing and measuring effectiveness of marketing campaigns




  • Conducting pre meeting sales calls to establish further information for client /prospect and qualify leads generated when required for clients and senior management

  • Telephone sales when allocated sales campaigns

  • Ensuring revenue targets are hit via repeat and new client revenues




  • Produce daily stats to the Team Leader/Managing Director

  • Regular calls to clients to ensure they are up to date with their campaigns and to inform of developments

  • Dealing with customer enquiries and complaints in line with company policies and procedures

  • Ensuring that the company data base is up to date at all times and all follow up data is recorded accurately.




  • Ensuring that all affairs relating to the company and its’ clients are treated with total confidentiality




  • To attend appropriate training and development when required

  • To be proactive in driving own development

  • Organisation skills



Skills Required :

You will be speaking with clients of the company, and therefore need to be confident in representing the company professionally with deadline driven clients.  You will also need to maintain close links with our suppliers. 



You need to have practical ability to solving customer problems, demonstrating customer focus and care



You will need to be target driven and thrive on success.



You will need to have the ability to work effectively under pressure, whilst retaining inter-personal skills and a sense of humour.  You will need to be a proactive and dedicated team player. 



Future Prospects :

Permanent role available on succesful completion of the apprenticeship.
