Weston Park is one of country’s finest stately homes; set in 1,000 acres of Capability Brown Parkland the estate is home to a wide variety of experiences including large outdoor events, the House with its 28 bedrooms is primarily used as a venue for weddings, celebration and house parties and the 1767 Granary is home to a first class restaurant and deli which is open all year round.
Weston welcomes over 200,000 visitors annually whether enjoying a day out or celebrating a significant occasion and has built a strong reputation for delivering outstanding experiences.
At the heart of this is the execution and delivery of exquisite food and drink. Our passionate kitchen team work with local food heroes and trusted suppliers as well as using produce closer to home from the Walled Garden to create truly delicious dishes with an intelligent twist.
We are looking for
Successful candidates will display great passion and enthusiasm for their work, an understanding of current trends in the casual dining sector, the ability to work seamlessly in a team and the drive and imagination to create exquisite plates of food.
Qualifications
- Food hygiene Level 2 NVQ as a minimum or equivalent
