Their is a number of opportunities in different departments all involving administration.
These are:
Sales Admin
- Track and Trace deliveries
- Liaise with suppliers by email and phone
- Liaise with customers and returns team
- Contact customers via email and phone
- Work with the purchasing team to make sure that orders are going out on time or any issues are being sorted in a timely manner
- Source and get the best pricing on server kits
- Managing the admin of account customers, i.e. sending invoices, statements.
- Chasing payments
- Sending mail shots to customer on a monthly basis
- Checking and maintaining cashback offers by liaising with the marketing team
- Once trained sending small solution quotes to customers with the opportunity to earn commission on these order
Buying Admin Apprentice
- Pricing – Doing pricing twice a week, helping to keep us competitive on the market with other sellers
- Merchandising – Adding images and copy to products which then can be seen on the website
- Setting up products – Creating new products, adding line descriptions as well
- Sending reports – Some daily e.g. Target Sales, helping the team keep track of what number we will hit in the month. Also incentive reports to sales people on occasions
- Looking after certain filters – Checking daily/weekly filters e.g. checking that products have a cost and sell price, and are not discontinued or loss making by mistake
- Attributes – adding attributes to products by doing imports, which then can be seen on the website
Supply Chain Admin Apprentice
- Order processing within the correct timescales for customer deliveries
- Purchase orders, gathering confirmation that goods have shipped from our distributors
- Input tracking info into our system
- Update customers/internal departments if orders are delayed
- Input claims onto our carriers system
- Follow up claims procedure providing all details needed within time
- Input of insurance order details as required in to the system
- Liaise internally regarding delays to stock/order fulfilment
- Liaise with the warehouse team regarding any stock concerns
- To support with returns administration as require
- Ensuring email inboxes are manned and queries dealt with
- Highlighting issues/problems and suggesting process improvements where necessary
- Any other administrative duties as required for the role
