Our Mission:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking & passionate candidate to join the Fresh sales and operations team in the role of Sales & Operations Intern. The ideal candidate must be career focused and have a high attention to detail for accurate communication and reporting.
About the role:
We seek people who feel a strong affinity with high-quality products. The role will involve supporting the Sales & Operations Coordinator with weekly and monthly sell thru reports, plus ad hoc reporting requests.
We will provide you with all the training you will need. So, as long as you come to the role with enthusiasm, hard work and are passionate about what you do, we'll help you learn how to do the rest!
The role will give you a fantastic all-round experience of what it means to work at Fresh, providing information and support to customers regarding their online orders, handling returns and refunds in an efficient and timely manner and also by maintaining customer services trackers and reports.
This is a hands-on role, which also includes maintaining accurate inventory in boutiques through creation of weekly cycle count reports, making accurate stock adjustments in RAMS system if any PR/ marketing requests, maintaining and updating POS system through back office – new staff/discounts – all of which we will teach you how to do.
You will also be shown how to complete new line forms for all retailers and to provide support to all retail teams. The role will also involve learning how to use the AX system to create purchase orders, monitor and release ecommerce orders. You will monitor e-commerce listings, image/copy/ availability and answer ecommerce customer services inquiries on a daily basis following Fresh standards

Please note that this is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week. You must be able to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
