Duties will include:

• Database maintenance 


• Brand research- Facebook, twitter, Instagram likes, agency details etc.


• Booking meals, hotels, training rooms for training etc.


• Updating client database


• Updating Mailchimp lists


• UPS deliveries – organising and packing


• Using bespoke marketing software (TeamHaven)


• Setting up Questionnaires


• Sifting through pictures to be used in report showing before and after or a great sale shot


• Mapping addresses into Badger / Teamhaven


• Editing / cropping photos


• Sourcing /Booking Accommodation


• Creating Training One pager with details


• Booking Travel Tickets

The successful candidate will need:

• Good communication skills – written and verbal


• Time management


• Can do attitude to work


• Good initiative with the ability to work alone and as part of a team


• Ability and desire to acquire new skills quickly

The successful candidate will need:
