We’re currently recruiting for committed and hard-working Sous Chef to work within our venue.
Your main duties will be as follows:
To assist the Head Chef in the control of good cooking practices, material costs and kitchen labor costs plus kitchen staff organisation
Supporting the head chef in stock control, wastage management and menu development.
Provision of quality, inspiring, fresh food for our retail and corporate clients
Working in the kitchen as part of a talented and passionate team
Maintaining the cleanliness of a busy kitchen operation
Qualifications
- Kitchen experience is essential and we are looking for people who have worked in fast paced and challenging environments
