Job Description
Job role will include:
- Answering telephone calls from patients
- Registering patients
- Data validation ensuring patient records are accurate and up to date
- Making clinic bookings and cancellations
- Liaising with hospital staff, GP surgeries, optometrists
- Moving patients into relevant pathways
