Duties will include:
- Answering the phone and taking messages, answering queries
- Booking appointments and viewings
- Looking after clients and their queries when visiting the office
- Assisting with marketing/social media
- Updating CRM database with client details
Any other admin or customer service tasks to ensure the smooth running of the business.
