Our Kingswood Camps provide residential activity holidays filled with fun and adventure to young people from around the world. Our staff make each Camp holiday that extra bit special for every child, creating a caring, safe, secure and happy environment that is guaranteed to make their time at camp complete.

What will you be doing?
As Camp Coach you will have the responsibility for the pastoral care, social wellbeing, supervision and safety of a group of young people at key times. This will include keeping them entertained during their meal and free times being ready to inspire, motivate and above all creating a caring and safe environment! You will be responsible for observing and supervising them to ensure they are happy and enjoying their time with us dealing with/escalating any concerns and acting as a role model.

The Camp Coach role is residential so you will be living and working with the same people, creating the opportunity for independence and lifelong friendships!
What we are looking for …
We are looking for responsible, motivated individuals aged 18+ who are keen to work with children and whose enthusiasm and commitment to inspire, care for and motivate young people to shine through. You will need to be patient, enthusiastic, empathetic, able to act upon your own initiative and demonstrate a desire to enhance the lives of children and will work hard as part of a friendly team in the role of Camp Coach to create a memorable experience for our young campers.
Requirements:
- Aged 18 or over
- Able to attend one of our Assessment dates at our UK Centres
- Able to commit to the summer season between 19th June and 27th August 2017.
- It is desirable but not essential to have previous experience working with children; full training is provided.
- Applicants must be UK/EU citizens or have a valid UK work permit.
- An enhanced DBS disclosure and/or police check will be required for all successful applicants.
