Job Description

Main responsibilities and tasks will include:




  • Data entry to maintain staff database

  • Uploading Surveys to Survey Monkey

  • Take accurate meeting minutes and distribute minutes to the team the following day

  • Attend and participate in staff meetings, contributing to discussions and giving reports if needed

  • Assisting with the updating of staff folders

  • Maintain room booking system

  • Answering calls in a polite manner and redirecting calls

  • Take and distribute detailed messages from callers

  • Welcome all clients to the office. Provide visitors with accurate information and inform the relevant person they have arrived

  • Ensure all visitors sign the visitors book

  • Data entry of new Support Workers onto the rostering system

  • Assist with recruitment duties such as calling up candidates for interview

  • Applying for and chasing references

  • Participate in the selection of applicants

  • Act as an ambassador for Lifecare at recruitment events
