Job Description
The commis chef apprentice role will include:
- Preparation of hot and cold dishes
- Assisting the senior members of the kitchen team
- Checking kitchen stock
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene
- Preparing ingredients
- Dealing with deliveries
- Checking away the daily orders and quality of those orders
