Job Description
As a Technical Analyst Apprentice, you will:
- Join our Enterprise Operations Centre
- Support us in managing our customers ICT services, ensuring we always provide a high-quality, agile and timely service
- Monitor systems, to identify and rectify faults, manage customer queries and any technical incidents that may arise
- Work on the implementation of changes and enhancements to existing services
- Learn new skills across multiple platforms and different IT skill areas, with plenty of opportunities to progress in your career
