Job Description
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Manage, maintain selling and enquiry handling via digital channels
- Help produce marketing content for distribution
- Assist with monitoring and posting on social media channels, increasing brand awareness
- Running email and social media campaigns for engagement and monetisation of products and services Deal with new enquiries and bring in new business via digital channels
- Assist with daily sales administration and perform initial sales functions (eg. Telemarketing)
- Update and amend company website
- Producing and updating information lists/customer relationship management software
- Identify events and provide support around planning campaigns, events and roadshows, leading on logistical matters for these activities
- Use analytical tools to monitor performance online
- Assist with marketing and sponsorship videos and podcasts including scheduling, setting up equipment, uploading content and monitoring engagement
- General administrative tasks as required

Skills Required :
- IT literate
- Good photographic and graphic design skills
