Position Title: Customer Service Administrator
Reports to (Title): Operations Manager
Working Hours: 8.30am 5.30pm (1 hour unpaid lunch)
Salary : 3.50 ( Apprenticeship)
Location: East Goscote, Leicester
Position Summary
Assist customers with daily needs and issues as they arise, process purchase orders, daily job tasks and responsibilities.
Principal Responsibilities/Duties
Enter customer purchase orders (check stock, check pricing).
Ownership of Customer Service inbox and prioritising orders, queries and sample requests.
Telephone calls (checking stock, checking status of orders, errors) etc.
Daily housekeeping of customer accounts ensuring all are current and correct.
Process any Gratis Purchase Orders
Resolve any Customer Complaints and investigate any errors that were made.
Calculate freight quotes for Customers.
Assist in all things Dealer and A&D related from order entry to any form of communication with these specific Divisions.
General office administration.
Processing relevant customs documentation for deliveries outside the EU.
Processing and monitoring flame treatment kits.
Use of CRM system to capture communications from customers.
Tracking deliveries, exceptions, arranging collection.
Ordering stock from Head Office.
Critical Challenges
Understanding the Companys structure, keeping up with the pace, being able to multi-task.
Must know how to prioritize.
Must be detail oriented.
Communication on a global scale.
External Contacts
Interacts with: All customers, potential customers and Sales Reps.
Internal Contacts
Interacts with: A&D Managers, CFO, CEO, and President of the Company. Will also interact with all employees as needed.
