The job role is varied but the main duties will include:
- Attend client visits with more senior members of the team in order to gain market knowledge
- Generate leads and referrals for Consultants through effective market research and canvassing
- Show willing and enthusiasm whilst registering assignments with a client obtaining all relevant information required in order to work on the assignment effectively
- Source appropriate candidates for assignments managing the recruitment cycle from start to finish and the successful placement of candidates
- Ensure the Company database is kept fully up to date and all activity is logged accordingly
- Strengthen negotiating skills by assisting the team i the negotiation of terms of business, offer terms and conditions and business development as directed
- Confidently identifying and approach new candidates demonstrating effective headhunting skills
- Build knowledge base of recruitment industry and industry sector
- Complete administration duties as required
- Ensure the security of all private and confidential information and date at all times
Please note full training will be provided.
The working week will consist of a routine, Monday-Friday working 37.5 hours from 9:00am-5:00pm (with a 1-hour lunch). There is a role of either a Recruitment Resourcer or a Recruitment Consultant available depending on the experience and ability of the candidate. The weekly wage is set at £200 for the Resourcer role and £250 for the Consultant position, both may increase throughout the apprenticeship.
