Job Description


  • A normal day would include:

  • Answering the phone and dealing with calls received into the department, mainly from our internal shops, who are experiencing a whole variety of shop level issues from electrical problems, leaking roofs, issues with locks, oven breakdowns, break-ins etc.  

  • You will need to be organised and calm, with the ability to prioritise and speak confidently.

  • Other tasks will include general administration, filing, emailing, logging jobs on databases and collating information.

  • Full training will of course be given, and we would not expect someone to be an expert from day one. It will be a gradual development role as you gain more knowledge, confidence and experience.

  • Sayers Bakers is an established retail bakery chain operating 160 retail shops across the North West, Midlands and Yorkshire regions, with 1700 employees.
