An apprenticeship is a fantastic opportunity to enter the industry allowing you to learn while you earn. You will work alongside industry experts, helping them solve some of the world’s greatest challenges. Our level 3 apprenticeship is a three-year programme designed to help you get an industry recognised qualification, while gaining valuable work experience.
During the apprenticeship you will undertake a supervised programme of work-based training and attend college on either a day release or block release programme. During the apprenticeship, you will work in one of our offices alongside our experienced professionals outside of your college course.

Job description:
Civil engineering:
You will join as a Civil Engineering Technician, and be a key member of the team. You will provide support in the design, build, maintenance and management of everything around us; from stadiums and motorways to rail and waterways. At Mott MacDonald we work in a variety of sectors and so there are opportunities to work on variety of projects.
We have opportunities available at our Leeds, Sheffield, and York offices.

Future Prospects :
At the end of all your hard work, you’ll have the opportunity to become a qualified engineering technician (EngTech).
You’ll also gain a Level 3 Diploma in Civil Engineering for Technicians and a BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Construction and the Built Environment.
This could potentially lead to further qualifications such a degree level apprenticeship and eventually professional chartership.
