Job Description

You will be supporting a busy team of payroll specialists who each have their own clients.



With support, your daily duties may include:




  • Creating and updating client files, ensuring they are accurately filed

  • Taking mesages from clients, finance professionals and HMRC 

  • Dealing with enquiries from new and potential clients, passing relevant details 

  • Data entry

  • Preparing print runs, mail merges and preparing for outgoing post

  • Ordering office supplies and ensuring stock is kept up to date

  • Dealing with incoming post
