Job Description
You will be supporting a busy team of payroll specialists who each have their own clients.
With support, your daily duties may include:
- Creating and updating client files, ensuring they are accurately filed
- Taking mesages from clients, finance professionals and HMRC
- Dealing with enquiries from new and potential clients, passing relevant details
- Data entry
- Preparing print runs, mail merges and preparing for outgoing post
- Ordering office supplies and ensuring stock is kept up to date
- Dealing with incoming post
