Job Description
Duties will include:
- Filing
- Dealing with external and internal post
- Running of reports and entering the date to our system
- Running daily labels
- Data entry
- Organising of marketing leaflets and ordering
- Stationary order for the department
Providing Admin Support to 3 other teams – Lettings Admin, Renewals & Property Management – mainly lettings admin but assistance maybe required in other areas from time to time.
Personal Qualities :
- An outgoing personality
Skills Required :
- Good IT skills are essential in this role
- Also, the ability to communicate well over the telephone and work well within a team
Future Prospects :
The possibility of a permanent role after the apprenticeship scheme finishes for the right candidate.
