Job Description

Main duties:




  • Using various online systems, websites, funder sites and databases to compare and update information

  • Using MS Word to write reports and MS Excel to price / report / upload pricing

  • Researching pricing against market and making alterations / reporting as necessary

  • Answering the phone and making outbound calls to customers and suppliers

  • General administration duties

  • Inputting new pricing

  • The company is located at a remote industrial estate with minimal public transport. Please check travel access / time(s) before applying for this opportunity

  • The company will be moving offices in February 2018 to Sarisbury Green (near Swanwick)

Skills Required :

  • Previous administration experience would be very well received

  • Good knowledge of MS office products especially MS Excel

  • Comfortable and articulate on phone

  • Excellent customer service skills
