Job Description
The main duty within this role is to promote the physical, social and emotional development of each child within your remit and contribute towards their care and supervision.
- Supervising children during play time
- Engaging children in learning and pay activities
- Keeping and updating records
- Working with team members to ensure health and safety standards are met
- Maintaining a high standard or operation
- Attending staff meetings
- Assisting with changing nappies
- Assisting with lunchtimes and snacktimes.
- Assisting with playtimes
- Learning how to undertake observations of children
- Learning how to report learning an development of children
