Sales Apprentice
Based in Loughborough this is a great opportunity to build a career in sales, logistics and international freight forwarding. Orbital Direct services customers throughout the UK and Internationally, supplying UK logistics as well as imports and exports by air, road or sea freight.
- The position is selling primarily business to business where you will be contacting prospective customers, creating quotes and booking on jobs for existing customers.
- When you have built your knowledge within the industry and developed your own set of customer accounts, this role could move into more of an account manager’s position for the right candidate.
- We are looking for people who are confident, motivated, bright and ready to take on the challenge of a proactive outbound and inbound sales role.

Training
There will be full support in this position with complete sales training from day one with the business owner who has a long track record in a sales.
Future Prospects
A full time position with the company on completion of the trainee position, which will last 12-18 months, depending on how quickly the NVQ qualification is completed. There will be an uncapped earning potential and other future company benefits. Orbital Direct young company that is having great success and looking to grow considerably over the next few years. This could mean for the right person the opportunity to grow and develop into other areas of the business.
Compensation
The successful candidate will earn a salary in line with the national apprenticeship, as well as commission and a bonus structure that can significantly increase earnings.
