Job Description
- Preparing the ingredients for a more senior chef
- Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene
- Dealing with deliveries and stock rotation
- Reporting to the Head Chef / Chef de Partie
- Cleaning down and setting up
- Helping other team members when required
- Assisting with the seasonal menu and creating new dishes for the specials board
Applicants will be required to attend an Assessment Centre with Vision Apprentices as part of the screening process

- Confident with meeting/speaking to new people and conversing with ease
