Job Description
To assist head of pastry to develop and lead team within Levy UK Venue. To inspire them to deliver exceptional service to our clients and guests through the Levy Difference.
To assist management of all Kitchen Operations and procedures, complying with company standards and policies.
Understand business performance and ensure delivery of key financial targets.
To demonstrate full alignment to our Levy UK vision and and values by doing the right things and celebrating successes.
Creating and living the Levy Difference in everything we do.
Qualifications
- To maintain H&S compliance and lead a Health and Safety culture. To manage and ensure that all costs associated with your area of business are managed and controlled. To ensure that a positive and healthy relationship exist with our client. Ensure all products are produced to meet customer demand in accordance with company policy and procedures. Keep abreast of new market innovation and strengths and weaknesses of your competitors. To deliver consistently against agreed standards.
