Whilst in the office your duties will include:
- Inputting and processing information into Excel spreadsheets.
- Answering the telephone and taking down detailed messages.
- Booking appointments and dealing with any enquiries.
- Opening the mail and making sure all filing is done correctly.
- Other ad hoc duties.
Personal Qualities :
You should also have excellent timekeeping, a genuine interest in pursuing a career in administration, be able to communicate effectively including following verbal and written instructions, have the ability to prioritise your workload in order to meet deadlines.
You should also have good organisational skills, be enthusiastic and highly motivated with a positive attitude. You should have the ability to contribute to the development of new ideas within the team and a willingness to assist internal and external customers.
Skills Required :
To be considered for this vacancy you should have 4-5 GCSEs at grades A*-C (or equivalent qualifications) to include Maths and English, and have proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, e-mail and use of the internet.
