Job Description
We are currently looking for an outgoing person with a great personality to work at The Imperial War Museum, Duxford.
Our sales executive will talk to clients who have booked events with us and coordinate the final details They will listen to and help resolve any issues with our corporate customers. An expert communicator is required to be able to listen effectively to assist our customers and communicate clearly and in a friendly way.
The sales executive might have to deal with customers who are unfamiliar with the venue and the corporate operation. Having patience will help you stay polite, even in stressful situations.
You will have to solve customer issues, sometimes without seeing the actual problem first hand. Being able to problem solve with a customer will help your job.
Personality is key in to this role and we are looking for someone with an friendly nature and can-do attitude.
Experience in a sales office environment is preferred.
