Job Description
There will be an element of procurement activities alongside supplier relations to ensure deliveries are within expected timeframes. This is not a customer facing role, however, the ability to communicate clearly and effectively to individuals both inside and outside of the business is vital.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with existing suppliers to obtain up to date pricing for third party services.
• Perform ordering of goods and services in line with Company Policy & Procedures
• Act as a trusted advisor to the sales team, being a primary point of contact for costing and pricing information.
• Work with the company’s internal software/systems to ensure data is tracked and maintained accurately, in line with the department’s processes.
• Ensure that KPI’s and OLA’s are met or exceeded and generate reports as required.
• Actively research as necessary competitor pricing and industry trends to ensure the business remains competitive.
• Perform any other reasonable duties consistent with the role as required.

Skills Required :
• Experience of working both in a team and independently.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages, particularly Excel.
• Analytical skills, with good attention to detail.
• Strong mathematical abilities.
• Good communication skills.
