Job Description
The main purpose of the role is a customer service position to oversee the whole process from order to packaging the orders. This will entail helping customers with problems, requests and acting on this to ensure the customer is satisfied.
- General customer service enquiries
- Helping customers with orders received and editing problems that have been submitted for orders.
- Testing the types of products we sell, e.g. games, games consoles, games console components etc.
- Packing customer orders for despatch and accepting supplier stock deliveries, both of which come in all shapes and sizes and consist of a wide range of products.
- Operating our courier’s websites producing shipping labels for customer’s orders.
- Composing emails/letters to suppliers in case of any discrepancies.
- The ideal candidate will contribute towards the business by easing the pressure on the current team with an ever increasing workload and, in turn, enabling management to carry out essential business development to grow the business further.
Personal Qualities :
A driven, hardworking, enthusiastic, confident and ambitious individual who is keen to learn and develop. An individual who is capable of using their own initiative when required to do so and confident of making detailed notes whilst being spoken to. An individual with a keen interest and experience in “gaming” (specifically Xbox 360 & PlayStation).
Skills Required :
Excellent attention to detail. IT literate. Confident using the internet, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and have some experience, although not essential, of using, Microsoft Access and Microsoft Outlook.
