UK Acoustics are looking to welcome a new member to their Administration team.
Your responsibilities would be-;
- Handling inbound enquiries
- Reporting to Marketing Manager with inbound enquiry details
- Assisting other head of departments with general admin work
- Providing office support (maintaining our much-required coffee stock levels, and other necessities)
- Managing travel request; hotels and flights
- Inputting data onto the company CRM database
- Sorting company mailboxes

Skills Required :
- An individual with strong organisational and planning skills
- Someone with excellent communication skills both written and face two face
- Someone that has great attention to details
- A confident individual with a keenness to learn
- Someone who has excellent IT skills
- Someone who has the ability to remain calm and work under pressure
