Job Description
- Looking through compliance documentation of Nurses and making sure everything is in date
- Updating any out of date records
- Data entry of information onto our system
- Updating data on our system
- Helping Nurses fill in application forms and making sure all forms are in order
- Printing and posting application packs
- Answering in coming phone calls to the office to help the team when no one else can attend
- Helping with printing and posting invoices to clients
Personal Qualities :
- Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines
Skills Required :
- Excellent standard or written and oral English
- Good telephone and face to face manner
- Be able to build good relationships with candidates
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate – should be able to formulate well constructed emails as well as be able to use our CRM system and Microsoft word etc
Future Prospects : Will be trained in compliance and also payroll if they show interest. If apprenticeship is successful – potential for candidate to become full-time member of the team
