Job Description
The successful candidate will be performing all forms of administrative tasks such as:
- Typing up reports when requested from the manager
- Answering the phones
- Speaking to all forms of customers
- Managing the filing and any other tasks the manager may ask of you
You must be enthusiastic and punctual and must be on time always. You should be reliable and willing to learn. The employer will be teaching you the trade and you will eventually have abetter understanding which means the more you learn the more responsibilities you will be given.
Personal Qualities :
The ideal candidate will be easily motivated and enthusiastic, responsible and able to work on own initiative and can follow clear instructions and guidance. You will be responsible, have social media skills, be confident on phone and trustworthy.
You will be reliable, accurate, punctual and honest. Along with, organised, sociable, flexible and good at prioritising.
Skills Required :
In order to be successful, you will have good communication skills, written and verbal, be comfortable with IT and organised. You must be flexible and have good attention to detail.
Future Prospects : Full time administration position and further duties are available on completion of apprenticeship.
