Some of your day to day responsibilities may include:
- Welcoming visitors
- Handling mail
- Making and receiving telephone calls
- Managing diaries, meetings and events
- Organising travel
- Producing documents and presentations
- Managing admin systems and office equipment
Duties will include:
- Expediting purchase orders and liaising with suppliers
- Internal processing of orders including logistic support
- Business related office administration including data entry in our MIS and communication
- Support to the management team
- Preparing Quotations
- Minute taking for meetings
- Booking of hotels, flights and other travel arrangements
- Processing of customer orders
- Compiling databooks / operating manuals
- Ordering and stock control for stationary and office equipment
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
