Job Description


  • Give your clients an exceptional customer service from start to finish

  • Giving them a smooth and stress free party weekend so they don’t have to worry about a thing

  • Give our venues all the information they need on time and with accuracy to ensure the booking process is smooth and efficient, hence developing our strong relationships with them further

  • Answering the phones and directed calls as required

  • Undertake filing duties as and when required

  • Responding to all client emails promptly and within the same day

  • Main part of this role is taking a new booking and managing all correspondence with the client and venues

  • On new client’s bookings you will check off and secure in writing with all the venues. These can include hotels, a daytime event and an evening event 

  • You will communicate over the phone and via email with your clients to ensure any last minute details are confirmed such as group size, restaurant & club choices nearer to their party date and then settle their balance 

  • You will populate their party itineraries via our CRM system 

  • You will request and co-originate invoices from your venues 

  • You will gain client feedback, send feedback to our marketing team and deal with any customer and venue issues if we receive them 

  • You will be working in our internal system for the majority of the day. Therefore data entry, accuracy, attention to detail & confident use of IT systems is a high priority 

  • Pull off your weekly action plan reports and action this workload accordingly. Complete your weekly action plan to meet all your personal targets
