Job Description

No other event on earth will provide the passion and excitement of the Randox Health Grand National Festival 2018- it promises passion, thrills and drama like nowhere else!

We are offering you the opportunity to begin your journey with Compass Group at this famous horse racing event which takes place between Thursday 12th April to Saturday 14th April 2018 and then beyond with us at our North West Horse racing tracks including conferences, weddings and dinners at our venues. With so much happening both on and off the circuit we need enthusiastic and driven people to join our professional team.

We are looking for supervisors to join our team across all our hospitality and retail areas. Your role as a supervisor will include managing your own team, where team members will be reporting to you. You will work closely with the manager in your area to ensure a smooth service in this fast paced and energetic environment.

It will be your responsibility to deliver outstanding customer service at all times and deal with any customer queries whilst working with your team to ensure operational excellence. You will be accountable for stock and cash procedures as well as ensuring your team are working in adherence with company policy, service and staff welfare.

Knowledge and experience in bar, customer service and cash handling is preferred but not essential as training is provided. You must have an excellent ability to deal with the general public and work under pressure.

Qualifications

  • You must be aged 18 or over to apply for this role Knowledge and experience in hospitality at a supervisor level, customer service and cash handling is preferred but not essential as training is provided.
