Job Description
As a Hospitality Team Member your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and seating guests
- Taking orders
- Table service of food and drink, including offering advice on orders
- Dealing with payments
- Preparing and clearing of dining room
- Answering and making telephone calls
- Checking in and out of guests
- Dealing with reception
You will receive a full induction into the work place, training on the job as well as attending Exeter College once a week to complete your Apprenticeship training.
Personal Qualities :
You must be friendly, approachable, well mannered and passionate about food and cooking it!
Skills Required :
- You must be an excellent time keeper, be willing to work hard and well as part of a team
- You need to be able to remain calm during busy periods and work with confidence
Future Prospects : After the successful completion of the Intermediate Apprenticeship you may consider progressing onto the Advanced Apprenticeship. There may also be an opportunity to become a permanent member of staff on completion of the Apprenticeship.
