“This Traineeship Opportunity, is UNPAID Work Experience as part of an entry to work programme”

We a looking for an energetic, HR Coordinator who enjoys a fast-paced environment and loves working with people. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in HR.



This position will involve a host of responsibilities from HR duties, recruiting coordination, to coordination of activities for a busy office. This role will help ensure smooth daily office operations and champion office culture to promote employee engagement. A professional manner is needed to positively represent HR to all other departments in the business.



As a traineeship, the role is open to anyone who is between 18-24 and is part of the Government backed entry to work programme.


Personal Qualities :

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Confident self-starter who will take ownership of his / her work

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Passion for working in a Customer Centric Environment within a large team

  • Strong communication skills

  • Positive, energetic personality

  • Good IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Future Prospects : Future Prospects for this role would be to progress into a Fully Paid apprenticeship or an entry level position into Human Resources.
