Job Description
Working within this busy Estate Agents the successful applicant will be required to answer telephone calls and deal with customers on a daily basis. Typing up standard letters, inputting details onto the system and typing property reductions are also key parts of the role.
Duties will include:
- Providing office support
- Organising files and documents
- Updating and monitoring databases and spreadsheets
- Answering phones
- Dealing with customers/clients
- Sending and sorting post
