Job Description

This vacancy would suit someone who is keen to begin a career in Early Years education, and wants to work in a busy, vibrant and caring working environment that puts the children at the centre of everything we do.



This vacancy would suit someone who is keen to begin a career in Early Years education, and wants to work in busy, vibrant and caring working environments that put the children at the centre of everything we do.



We currently have over 85 children aged from 2 - 4 years on roll. 



To undertake a childcare qualification whilst working as an integral member of the team, to help support staff in creating a safe, constructive and stimulating environment for the children.



To ensure that all safeguarding procedures are followed and ensure that confidentiality is maintained at all times.



To report any accident or incident relating to children, staff or visitors, once competent to do so.



To learn to understand children’s individual needs appropriate to their age and level of development.



For the right candidate, we can offer the necessary support and guidance throughout their Apprenticeship from our dedicated and experienced Early Years team. 



You will be working towards an Apprenticeship in Early Years Level 2 or 3, and would be required to attend Swindon College for 1 evening per week to complete the course.



Working hours would be 8.30am – 3.10pm daily with a 1 hour EY meeting after school every other week, term time only starting in January 2018.
